Product slice

  • require and validate a 5–1440 minute estimate before mobile Create & start
  • show remaining/over-capacity feedback and include it in filing review
  • preserve the estimate through durable outbox/background completion
  • persist and queue Today plan configuration before opening the work session
  • keep the core mobile bundle under its 99 KiB gzip budget by placing the flow in the eager Today feature bundle

Verification

  • pytest -q — 1611 passed
  • Chromium phone render — 390×844 screenshot; estimate input rendered at 144×44 CSS px
