Product slice

  • Makes planned Draft cards truthful: Ready to file, repository, completion intent, estimate, and evidence count.
  • Opens synchronized planned Drafts directly in the existing final payload review while retaining Back to edit.
  • Re-runs repository metadata, duplicate detection, Today capacity, and estimate validation before durable admission.
  • Keeps repository-less captures on the existing Choose repository flow.

Verification

  • RED: two new behavioral tests failed on missing summary/review APIs before implementation.
  • GREEN: pytest -q — 1642 passed.
  • Core runtime: 101340 gzip bytes (99 KiB limit: 101376).
  • Headless Chromium at 320px and 390px: no horizontal overflow; Review & start action is 44px high.
