Product slice

  • split mobile Filed into actionable Needs review and durable Reviewed views
  • keep acknowledged outcomes reopenable in existing read-only detail
  • reactivate a reviewed outcome when its upstream revision changes
  • keep Filed badges and Today/Later planning actionable-only

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/ — 1681 passed, 1 skipped
  • release artifact browser journey — 1 passed at 390×844
  • rendered Filed tabs — 44px targets, no horizontal overflow, Reviewed empty state and pressed state verified
  • core runtime gzip — 101323 bytes (within 99 KiB budget)
