Closes #935

What changed

  • consume browser recognition results from resultIndex instead of replaying the cumulative result list
  • keep interim segments out of review and account-bound checkpoint persistence
  • model browser-realistic cumulative events in the regression test

TDD proof

  • RED: focused test reproduced Lift outage. Lift outage. Elevator B is trapped.
  • GREEN: focused voice suite: 12 passed
  • Full suite: 1792 passed, 1 skipped
