Closes #963

Persists complete photo bundles for issue, pull-request, and unread-update reply composers in account- and target-scoped IndexedDB. Checkpoints before target changes, ignores stale restores, clears only after confirmed posting or durable outbox admission, and includes the database in session/private-data purge.

Tests:

  • pytest -q — 1829 passed, 1 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_offline_issue_release.py — 1 passed (390×844 rendered release-artifact journey)
