keep My Work as the only inline Home surface at phone widths
move existing context/activity/workspace panels into an addressable #/insights view
preserve Back/Escape/Close, focus restoration, work-route state, desktop layout, and offline availability
keep the core runtime under its 99 KiB gzip budget by placing mobile navigation controllers in the eager workflow chunk
