Render Wizard, Machine, Creature, and Talking Turd Timmy as four materially distinct transformations of one pilot. Show input, pressure, mutation, receipt, and choice.

Acceptance: 20–35s 9:16 MP4; original rhythmic audio; full decode; phone-legible text; final frame asks WHICH TIMMY GETS TO REMEMBER THIS?; hand off one concrete weakness to Vincent.
