EPIC: Sovereign vision inference

Goal

Operate a Timmy-controlled image-analysis service that accepts real stool imagery without third-party moderation dependency.

Milestone

M1 — Sovereign Photo Intelligence

Acceptance criteria

  • A real consented or openly licensed stool corpus runs without provider refusal.
  • Ingress, inference, validation, and deletion are measurable and fail closed.
  • General VLM output is treated as bootstrap assistance, not clinical truth.
