Outcome

Prove model behavior can never suppress or soften urgent symptom handling.

Acceptance criteria

  • Each red flag has positive and negative tests.
  • Model suggestions cannot set or clear symptoms.
  • Serious copy remains deterministic when provider output is missing or malicious.

Required evidence

  • Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
  • Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
  • Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass
