EPIC: Clinical safety, privacy & security

Goal

Preserve deterministic red-flag escalation and an honest medical/privacy boundary while photos and model services are introduced.

Milestone

M1 — Sovereign Photo Intelligence

Acceptance criteria

  • No model can infer symptoms, diagnose disease, clear food, or suppress deterministic escalation.
  • Threat model and data-flow map cover browser, Timmy API, worker, training store, logs, and deletion.
  • Clinical and privacy copy receive an independent review before beta.
