Replace prototype promises with precise hosted/self-hosted and training-contribution terms.

Acceptance criteria

Inference consent is distinct from training contribution consent.
Retention and deletion behavior is accurate for every configured profile.
Copy is reviewed before private beta and versioned with the app.
