Outcome

Test whether seven-way Bristol labeling is learnable and consistent before scaling collection.

Acceptance criteria

  • At least two review passes cover ambiguous examples.
  • Agreement, class balance, image-quality failures, and baseline confusion matrix are reported.
  • Verdict is GO, HOLD, or NARROW with evidence and next gate.

Dependencies

  • #27 — Publish dataset card, labeling guide, and contributor-level split policy

Required evidence

  • Test or executable receipt attached to the issue/PR
  • Privacy/safety boundary checked where applicable
  • Clean checkout and relevant full suite pass

Delivery

Open a focused branch and PR with Closes #ISSUE. Do not include real medical images in issue comments or Git history.
