Outcome

Require every Timmy review release to include a verified video demonstration of its new features.

Acceptance criteria

  • Browser recording exercises the real app with synthetic/demo data
  • H.264 720x1280 MP4 is fully decoded and media-probed
  • Contact sheet and full-resolution middle frame are visually inspected
  • Video hash is recorded in the release manifest
  • Morning release automation uploads and delivers both MP4 and source archive
