EPIC: Production operations, private beta & release

Goal

Ship a monitored, recoverable private beta and release candidate with one explicit human approval gate.

M4 — Production Readiness & Release

Acceptance criteria

  • Builds are reproducible from a clean checkout.
  • Inference and application services have health, latency, failure, and no-image-leakage observability.
  • An RC evidence manifest and rollback plan exist before release approval.
