Closes #48

Follow-up hostile review proved the common phrase I threw up bypassed both browser and server screening.

  • RED: domain test failed and authoritative service invoked Hermes once
  • GREEN: detector now covers vomit, vomited, vomiting, throw up, throwing up, threw up, and thrown up
  • Authoritative service regression proves zero Hermes calls for I threw up
  • Browser acceptance proves the phrase is intercepted before /api/agent/chat
  • 45/45 tests and all three browser suites pass
  • Release 2026-08-20.2 marked superseded
