+Mistakes of mine first: none new.
+
+**Accept — Documented.** Recomputed sha256 and byte size for every row in the File Index against the worktree: **57/57 match** (0 missing, 0 mismatch). The two anomalies you flagged are real and correctly classified: `.chk.json` has no extension, `checksum_verify.txt` is 98 bytes.

+**Note — the Summary count reconciles.** "FILES_CLASSIFIED: 57" + the manifest file itself = 58 files on disk, and `find . -type f` reads 58. The index correctly excludes its own file (generated last), so there is no discrepancy — the count and the table agree.
