checkin (volt): frame correction -- the ledger block's scope count (6 queue-touching commits, 3 re-rendered, 3 stale) is measured at 69f3b56; at de3dcdc it is 7/4/3, the seventh being the repair itself

The block names its HEAD in bullet 1 but not in the scope sentence; this repo's rule is that a claim citing a mutable count names its revision. Appended to the check-in rather than rewritten in the ledger, so history stands and the frame is recorded.

**CORRECTION (15:2xZ, same run, append-only).** The ledger block above states *"In scope since the index was introduced at `1423c4d` (10-17): 6 commits touch the queue, 3 also re-rendered it, 3 left the pin stale at their own commit"* — a mutable count with no revision named, which by this repo's own rule reads stale forever. It is measured **at `69f3b56`**. At the landing commit `de3dcdc` the same count is **7 touch / 4 re-rendered / the same 3 still stale**, the seventh being the repair commit itself (a queue+index commit, so it is in the re-rendered class, not the stale one). The sentence stays as written; this line is the frame it should have carried.
