+## Install
+
+    curl -fsSL https://get.quill-cli.dev/install.sh | bash
+
+Requires: bash 4+, coreutils, git 2.30+.
+
+## Usage
+
+    quill cast <spell>      # Run a named productivity spell
+    quill grimoire          # List available spells
+    quill brew <name>       # Create a new custom spell (interactive)
+    quill history           # Show invocation log
+
+## Spells
+
+| Spell | What it does | Command equivalence |
+|-------|-------------|---------------------|
+| `focus` | Block distracting domains for 45 min | modifies /etc/hosts + sets timer |
+| `ship`   | git add -A && git commit && git push | direct git invocation |
+| `clean`  | Remove node_modules/.cache and .DS_Store | find + rm |
