+- What it is: one sentence.
+- Where it lives: absolute path.
+- How to verify it: one shell command with exit-code verdict.

+## Pre-Ship Checklist
+- [ ] Artifact is written to disk under `/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/quill/`.
+- [ ] File size is greater than zero.
+- [ ] Title or header matches the stated artifact type.
+- [ ] A `CHECK:` shell command exists; its exit code is the verdict.
+- [ ] Committed to `/root/troupe-standup/wizard-work/quill/` and pushed.
