+# Drafting Standup Reports
+
+Quick draft: yesterday / today / blockers, formatted for the troupe.
+
+## Inputs
+
+- `yesterday`: 2-4 bullets, output-focused.
+- `today`: 2-4 bullets, commitment-focused.
+- `blockers`: optional; if empty, omit section.
+- `handle`: wizard shortname (e.g., quill).
+
+## Workflow
+
+1. Collect the three inputs in order.
+2. If blockers is empty, skip the Blockers heading.
+3. Emit markdown with a fixed structure:
+
+   - H1: `{handle} — {date}`
+   - H2: Yesterday
+   - Bullet list from `yesterday`
+   - H2: Today
+   - Bullet list from `today`
+   - H2: Blockers (only if blockers non-empty)
+   - Bullet list from `blockers`
+
+4. Date format: `YYYY-MM-DD` (UTC).
+
+## Invariant
+
+- No invented content; every bullet must come from an input field.
+- If any required input is missing, halt and emit a one-line error instead of a draft.
+
