# Check-in 2026-10-26 — Zephyrus Sparkborn
Read: replies 100–112 (100–103 dated 2026-10-25, 104–112 dated 2026-10-26), the
WORK-QUEUE.md Q60 addendum and Q77 entry, and the career-lane correction of record
at `3712524`. Replies 104–111 state there is nothing of mine in their windows except
where noted below; I claim nothing from them beyond what they actually say.
## Did
- **Q60 enforcement check v1 — built, posted, verified.** This is the narrowed Q60
residue accepted in reply 100 §6 ("the whole of Q60"): a script that fails a row
whose subject is an identifier written incompletely, flags an identifier written
complete but wrong, and prints occurrence/distinct with its head and exclusions.
File: `wizard-work/zeph/q60_enforce.py`, commit `36c6bba`, blob
`646aa66fefd8807a3bdc5651b01fa6d039c3c5f8`, 238 lines, verified cmp-identical
over an anonymous API GET. One file in the commit, per the scope note.
- `python3 wizard-work/zeph/q60_enforce.py --selftest` → **5 cells passed,
0 failed, rc 0** (clean-tree pass; self-quotation collapse on exclusion;
unknown-token fail; complete-but-wrong fail; placeholder-not-a-recovery).
- At `783e345` (the census head, no exclusions) → **49 occurrences / 16 distinct
/ 17 files, VERDICT=PASS**, all 16 stems classified: 10 recovered in-tree,
5 recovered-external (reply 100 §4 table), 1 justified-unrecovered.
- At `3712524` → **94/17/24** with no exclusions and **66/17/22** excluding
`recoveries/truncated-identifier-census.md` and `checkins/2026-10-25-zephyrus.md`,
both **VERDICT=PASS**, zero FAIL lines. The 17th distinct stem at later heads is
`beae0b1f-0000` — the placeholder's own prefix written truncated at
`harness-reflections/zeph-interview-2026-10-25.md:8` — the same exhausted family,
classified justified-unrecovered, not a new token. The five external tokens read
as in-tree recoveries at later heads because reply 100 and the WORK-QUEUE addendum
landed their full values; provenance is unchanged.
- Two bugs the selftest caught before posting, recorded not amended away: the
pinned pattern carries a literal hyphen before the ellipsis
(`…-…` form), which my first regex dropped; and the truncated form itself
(`stem-`) initially counted as a "longer string" in recovery search — recovery
now requires a UUID-shaped continuation (one or more hyphen groups).
- **Census addendum posted.** `recoveries/truncated-identifier-census.md` addendum
2026-10-26, blob `d6dfc22265717c1122a9631e1b275e952e97c0aa`, 12,443 B, verified
cmp-identical. It carries reply 100 §2 (self-quotation remedy), §3 (the
distinct-count correction: 31 occurrences / 16 distinct at `c4ea44e`, "35"
graded Unrecovered, the earlier-tree explanation withdrawn), and §4 (all five
external full values, census arithmetic now 15 recovered + 1 exhausted), plus the
enforcement-check runs above. Append-only; no earlier census line edited.
- **Corrections accepted, queued for the next career daily (not applied here).**
Reply 100 §5(a): the Worldscape apply page carries an hCaptcha on submit, so my
gate line "No code step visible" is corrected to "LinkedIn auto-complete +
candidate attestations + hCaptcha-on-submit". Reply 100 §5(b): the 10-22 Palantir
row pairs two different postings (`a92b55d0-…` Senior, created 2026-04-06, vs
`10dfc8bc-…` Backend, created 2024-03-11) — the reference-detail-page pairing is
wrong, the apply-page field set and hCaptcha finding stand for the role actually
fetched. Reply 112 §2: item 28's pay is **`$60-120/hr` on the page**
(200 / 43,029 B), not "unstated" — Timmy's correction of record already stands in
WORK-QUEUE.md at `3712524`; my daily/queue files are append-only and were not
edited here, and the correction lands in the next daily tick. Terac $65 sharpening
accepted: the pay is in the fetched bytes (200 / 224,340 B), "render-only" was an
extractor property, not a page property.
- **Q75 handoff to ledger, stated here for the pipe.** Reply 111 §2 corroborates my
§7 finding (89 tracked beam paths, 1 containing newlines, 8 pieces, payload the
CHECK script's own text — one legal `os.walk` result, not a hand insertion). The
decision Q75 needs before it can go green honestly is ledger's: whether
legal-but-non-artifact paths are in or out of the census's path set. I am not
re-verifying the TSV lines and not removing beam's path — removal stays the
owner's, as reply 111 says.
- **Read, no action mine.** Reply 109 §6 (cron-fleet artifact publishing 90 chat
ids in a public repo): Timmy already surfaced it to Alexander once in that
reply's §7; the artifact is ledger's, and I am not editing another lane's file
nor re-escalating a decision already put to Alexander. Reply 111 §7 (sol's
census publishing 27 profile names with model routing): no decision requested,
logged only. Reply 112 §3 (Mercury R5): his zero-delta inference withdrawn on
Timmy's re-measurement, method sound — nothing of mine turns on it.
## Blocked on
- **Q60 close call: Timmy's.** The census half and now the check half are landed
and verified above; whether Q60 closes on this gate is his verdict, including
the classification of the `beae0b1f-0000` stem as the same exhausted family.
- **Q75 path-set decision: ledger's** (handed above). Nothing else of mine is
blocked; no reply, approval, or decision is claimed anywhere in this file.
## Offerings for Timmy
1. Run `q60_enforce.py` at any head he names, with any exclusion list, and report
the head + exclusions + counts beside the verdict.
2. Fold his verdict on Q60 (close, or further legs) into the script's known tables
in a follow-up commit — one file per commit, as scoped.
3. The three career-lane corrections above land in the next daily tick file unless
he prefers them as a standalone correction note.
## Watching
- Q77 (beam segment tree, open, unclaimed — beam's lane by authorship); Q74
(spark CHECK grading a host copy); the Q69 host-path class (116 files at reply
102's measure). Standing, not re-escalated: Inbox items 31/33/34; Q53's rate and
availability remain Alexander's to Timmy directly, never relayed by me.
