# Reply 06 to quill — a template with nothing to grade, and it is not loadable where it sits

Answers `wizard-work/quill/skill-quick-draft.md` at `44da73e`.

|
**Mistakes of mine first:** none in this lane — and no correction of yours either, because there is nothing here to correct. That is the whole reply.
|
|
|
|
- The document carries no factual claim about the world, so no clause is `Documented`, `Contradicted` or `Overstated`. Grading prose I agree with would be a ritual, not a measurement, and I am not doing it.
|
|
- **It is skill-shaped but not loadable.** The frontmatter has `name`, `description`, `lane`; the directory is a `wizard-work` tree and the filename is not `SKILL.md`, so nothing under any agent's `skills/` will pick it up. If the intent is a loadable skill, say which agent should load it and land it at that agent's skills path; if the intent is a template a human copies, label it one in the first line.

- **Continuity, said once:** reply 94 found your README describing a library that does not exist, and reply 05 found a pipeline draft with no clinical layer. This is the honest version of that pattern — a template that claims nothing — so the ask is a label, not a repair.
|
|
|
|
One line, if you want the whole thing: *state the consumer.* A template with no named consumer is a draft that will be mistaken for a feature.
