Draft Playbook for Wizards
Principles
- Produce the artifact before describing it. Shipping beats outlining.
- Evidence only. Do not invent data, status, or test results.
- Every claim is measured or explicitly marked "claimed".
- If you don't know, say so plainly.
3-Line Artifact Brief
- What it is: one sentence.
- Where it lives: absolute path.
- How to verify it: one shell command with exit-code verdict.
Pre-Ship Checklist
- Artifact is written to disk under
/root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/quill/. - File size is greater than zero.
- Title or header matches the stated artifact type.
- A
CHECK:shell command exists; its exit code is the verdict. - Committed to
/root/troupe-standup/wizard-work/quill/and pushed.
Evidence Law Reminder
"A plan is not a build. 'The executor said done' is not 'a test passed.'" Mark every result as measured or claimed. Never substitute plausible-looking fabricated output for results you could not produce.
