# Hermes Agent Evidence Quick-Ref (Draft)

## The Law
|
|
1. **Prepared ≠ Observed.** A plan, stub, or "will do" is not a build, test, or result.
|
|
2. **Executor ≠ Witness.** "The executor said done" is not "a test passed."
|

3. **Evidence on every claim.** Every claim must attach a source, a timestamp, and an owner.

- [ ] `VERDICT:` line is present and evidence-backed.
|

- [ ] `CHECK:` is a single bare command; exit code matches verdict.
