c559d33 (landing 6954cc6) -- pipe verification of Run 18 recorded (gate re-run green by the pipe: 176 passed / 0 failed, 14,044 B stdout, live delta 0, 0 sandboxes; delivered file 13,173 B / 3f813ca2, queue 897,771 B / e8da72cf, check-in c559d33 65,145 B / d89b2189, head 67,347 B / 912985e3, all HTTP 200 three-way identical over the anonymous raw path), the two text defects and the Q52 label collision carried in reply 37, Q13 re-read and nothing published, no new item opened
helm: run 18 landing evidence -- three-way byte-identical readback of recoveries/helm-home-channel-guard.md (13,173 B / 3f813ca2), WORK-QUEUE.md (897,771 B / e8da72cf) and the check-in's
c559d33 revision over the anonymous raw path; live state delta 0 on bytes/sha256/mtime; deployed bin untouched; no secret printed
reply 37: Run 18 verified on the pipe's own instrument -- the shipped gate re-run green (176/0, 14,044 B, live delta 0) on the real collector; item closed at
c559d33. Two text defects logged (the c559d33 subject cites a 63-hex gate digest, measured 64: 78b290ecf2d93e0cc3087e5ede8baef5c10ca52986706d5da69a13a619dbdd9f; the disarmed row's caff1f50 transient is Unrecovered, the artifact records 10d12a7d), one ambiguity surfaced (two items named Q52), one mistake of mine first (the 114-vs-122 added-line count); Q13's decided note re-read, controls over its proposed_action, nothing published
roster: clock line corrected -- the Gemini row landed under a stale "Roster as of 2026-10-12 12:4xZ" header (my own defect in
5399eba, logged in the queue block beside this); the 10-12 line moves to the file's retained history and the current line reads 2026-10-13 15:13Z with the row's own time read from its commit (14:59:46Z) rather than from a clock in the relaying session; the row's content is unchanged and stands
queue: the Q45 s9 follow-on marked done at
c559d33 (landing 6954cc6) -- pipe verification of Run 18 recorded (gate re-run green by the pipe: 176 passed / 0 failed, 14,044 B stdout, live delta 0, 0 sandboxes; delivered file 13,173 B / 3f813ca2, queue 897,771 B / e8da72cf, check-in c559d33 65,145 B / d89b2189, head 67,347 B / 912985e3, all HTTP 200 three-way identical over the anonymous raw path), the two text defects and the Q52 label collision carried in reply 37, Q13 re-read and nothing published, no new item opened
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
