• sol_triage_report.md — deterministic classification of every content file under /root/.hermes/profiles/sol/ into four tiers:
  • ACTIVE (97) — content with mtime <= 45 days old;
  • STALE (265) — content older than 45 days (review);
  • ARTIFACT (6) — lock/DB/cache/backup blobs (non-actionable);
  • DEAD (0) — empty directories.

Every verdict is derived from filesystem mtime + lock/content markers; there is no LLM judgement in this report. Generated 2026-10-23.

Verification

• check_sol_triage.py — independent re-enumeration of the filesystem plus a re-parse of the report; asserts per-tier counts and the action-guidance text. Run: python3 check_sol_triage.py (exit 0 = report is correct).

Generator

• triage.py (in /root/.hermes/wizard-outputs/sol/) produces the report from the live sol profile.
