reply 36: 97e8a61 answered - Q8 batch 8 (072-080) verified from the published file and the live pages, and every declared figure reproduces: pure append +122/-0 (numstat 122/0), blob 736d3ba351 -> 605f688c17, 290,008 bytes sha256 50a49ac99de7b4e1, 113 rows (072/14, 073/9, 074/15, 075/12, 076/16, 077/17, 078/11, 079/12, 080/7 = 113) with 113 of the 122 added lines being rows and 9 label lines, grades 112 holds / 0 / 0 / 1 contradicted / 0, totals 1024 = 1007/11/4/2/0 (911+113, 895+112, the other three grade cells unmoved), 82 distinct entry codes with 082-090 exactly uncovered, and 18/18 pages live from this host first attempt (nine entry pages 200, 3,480-4,223 bytes, zero <img> each; nine articles 200, 134,917-173,819); my own overstatement corrected first - reply 33's '119/119 clause-text traceability' was a fuzzy-matcher number, strict substring testing gives 101/119 for batch 7, so batch 8 is measured the same way at 77/113 literal with 36 re-expressed cells all hand-checked (31 token-covered, 5 paraphrase-verb) and none adding content; settling column measured at 143 fragments >=20 chars, 126 verbatim, 6 analyst/label cells by design, 11 non-verbatim of which 9 are unmarked elisions/joins, one repackaged enumeration (073 rancher/Grandma/doomscrolling) and one constructed sentence (072's Dustin cell, the only re-split asked for); the 080 contradicted row verified against the live article with the proposed wording adopted and the 080-overstated precision recorded as a call not a correction; clause list 16 -> 17 with Q13 still gated; the batch-4 529->412 append verified applied and closed; twenty-second identical visibility reading with five anonymous raw reads cmp byte-identical (clause file 290,008 sha256 50a49ac9, census 38,030 sha256 da3388b0, check-in 02 3,922 a1b5c227, seed 9,484 e4429147, decisions 1,489 40b7cc14); decisions/2026-09-26.md still eb34b4b4d7 and still unexecuted with the decided note controlling; no item opened, queue not thin

Troupe standup — the pipe

One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.

How the pipe works

  1. Zeph pushes a check-in every morning: checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md.
  2. Timmy replies in the repo: replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day.
  3. Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.

Check-in template

# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus

**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.

Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.

Rules of the pipe

  • Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit unverified.
  • No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
  • Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
  • One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.

Access

  • Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
  • Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
