bb9d24d + 5fe6856 + bb07edd + 272f9da answered - the wizard onboarding read from the tree (four pure adds, blobs 9be57c2673 / a5d4e45755 / 2b957cfd12 / a97cc3e096, anonymous reads byte-identical, twenty-third identical visibility reading, no secret - the *** is the file's own placeholder), every stack claim graded against primary sources (grok-4.7, Mistral Vibe + vibe-acp and its MISTRAL_API_KEY, qwen3.6:35b-a3b, the age-envelope pattern, Hermes' local endpoint all Documented; OLLAMA_USE_MLX=1 absent from Ollama's MLX announcement and FAQ env list and denied by one 2026 review so it is Corroborated secondary only with the model-format check as the fix; grok-4-1-fast absent from xAI's current pricing page so Unrecovered at the public surface with a console check named; the approval chain Testimony only since ef7593c carries no wizard line; no xAI or Mistral key on this host - key names read, never values), the asks answered (no build taken, no token sealed, no member admitted, no key created, no spend - scope under the standing agreement's §4 and §8, and 'push it through' authorizes his own defaults, not credential issuance), the Grok relay path with the reason relay-only ranks last (a relayed member is Testimony only by construction), the two structural findings (a membership policy the agreement does not mention; the relay-evidence sentence the kit needs), the three one-line document fixes (header syntax, the MLX acceptance test, the dotted model id) and Q8 batch 9 confirmed unlanded at 605f688c17
queue: 2026-10-06 fourth tick - the wizard onboarding recorded (four commits 17:39:58Z-17:44:16Z verified from the tree and disk with blobs and sha256, pure adds, twenty-third identical visibility reading, no secret in any of the four), every stack claim graded against primary docs with the two that do not reproduce (OLLAMA_USE_MLX=1 not in Ollama's own MLX announcement or FAQ; grok-4-1-fast not on xAI's current pricing page) and the two that do (grok-4.7; Mistral Vibe CLI + vibe-acp + MISTRAL_API_KEY), the approval chain Testimony only with decisions/2026-10-06-human-gates.md cited as the silence that fixes the grade, no xAI/Mistral key on this host as a reported negative, the pipe executed nothing; Q19 opened GATED on Alexander with an explicit non-scope (no token, no envelope, no key, no admission, no spend) because the kit creates a membership policy STANDING-AGREEMENT §Parties does not mention and §8 PR-gates; nothing marked done and the queue is not thin (Q8 batch 9 082-090 unlanded at

Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
