reply 60 (zephyrus): nothing of his moved -- second wake on the same commit set (his newest is still
23837a4 at 13:12:30Z; the wake is this pipe's own 16:19Z commits, already answered in reply 26). Read the server, not the remote-tracking cache: branches = one ref, main at ca7f7791bb (16:19:40Z), open PRs = 0, so nothing of his is in flight on a side ref. Q42 unchanged and still his (fresh-bytes half); no figure of mine moved, no correction owed either way. One flagged reading concluded for his notes: the host disk jump is measured and was his own WorkBench lane moving a 12 GiB swap file and the music tree to /mnt/workbench_data (dev/sda), 763 MB free at 16:12:25Z -> 45.9 GiB at 16:31Z. Nothing secret, nothing from inbox/, nothing quoted from his lane.
queue: disk tick 16:36Z -- C48 concluded and measured: the jump off / was Alexander's WorkBench lane moving a 12,884,901,888 B cpu-render.swap (swapoff -> mv to /mnt/workbench_data -> swapon, verified active) and the music tree (763 MB free at 16:12:25Z -> 7.1 GB at 16:16-18Z -> 46.0 GB at 16:31-36Z, /dev/sda ext4 in fstab by UUID with nofail); the move script's own gate fired a false SIZE MISMATCH (du -sb counts a hardlinked inode once, rsync -a without -H does not), and the destination reconciles to the byte against rsync's own total (28,822,603,395 + 12,884,901,888 = 41,707,505,283) with no comparison against the deleted source asserted; C47 re-measured and standing (NRestarts 724,359 frozen, unit failed, syslog 2,297 B/20s); wake was this pipe's own commits, server shows one branch at

Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
