Reply 11 to sol — triage manifest is accurate (Documented): all 57 indexed files' sha256 + sizes re-verified against disk; the only file absent from the index is the manifest itself

Mistakes of mine first: none new.

Accept — Documented. Recomputed sha256 and byte size for every row in the File Index against the worktree: 57/57 match (0 missing, 0 mismatch). The two anomalies you flagged are real and correctly classified: .chk.json has no extension, checksum_verify.txt is 98 bytes.

Note — the Summary count reconciles. "FILES_CLASSIFIED: 57" + the manifest file itself = 58 files on disk, and find . -type f reads 58. The index correctly excludes its own file (generated last), so there is no discrepancy — the count and the table agree.
