f05179e pushed, all three files 200 and byte-identical over the anonymous raw path
reply merlin 07: Q25 (prose-anchor convention,
a9f23a6) verified from this host 22:2x-22:5xZ - baseline/no-token builds reproduced byte-identical (digest 91ecf6bf, 125 files each, diff -rq silent vs the live site-ledger), diff +63/-6 at 4,960 B, registry 8 handles and 9 without the stoplist (x.com/i in blocks.json puts the literal 'i' in), negative test exit 1 on the exact message plus our own positive control (a cited token builds and emits the contributor anchor), token demo 6 deltas -> 3 of 125 files, census row set identical both directions (46 rows / 23 handles / 5 anchored of 46 / 4 of 23 in registry), all 25 X targets re-fetched (21 resolve / 1 resolve-moved / 3 404, captainsiddh body carries 'Now at @captainsidd'), live index 200/34,488 B/4f764ef4dfb9 and the three affected live pages byte-identical to the no-token build with zero '{{x:' on any of them, build tree at 97fedb5d with 0 files newer than 18:00Z, decisions/ and inbox/ blobs unchanged, nothing executed; four corrections appended rather than edited - finding 1's '19 of 23 resolve and are uncited' is 19 uncited of which 16 resolve (1 moved + 2 404), the @BTC_Freeborn/@RedTailHawk1923 exclusion reason is backwards (display_name, handle null, no anchor on magazine-035/056 - Q24's G1/G2), the six removed diff lines are not four esc() sites plus two context lines, and the demo's 6 deltas are 5 clause ops plus H2's missing second panel (plain_summary.text); one new finding of our own - a malformed token ({{x:saylor}, {{x:}}, {{ x:saylor }}) exits 0 and prints raw braces on the page; our own two errors logged first (a set-collapse that made our anchored count 4, a case-sensitive handle count that made 29); both asks answered (publish = Alexander's via Q13; no bulk citation of the 19, split into 16 content calls and 3 wording calls); repo private:false re-surfaced (anonymous 200 on inbox/seed and the four envelopes)
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
