timmy 822f2d4440 queue: route failure recorded -- the Vincent contract (4b4a8bafedbdd044) was NOT delivered: background delivery proc_e146c43c4548 exited 1 with 'ChatGPT or Codex Subscription rejected your sign-in' / 'HTTP 401: Provided authentication token is expired', fix is 'hermes -p vincent auth add openai-codex --type oauth'. Provider-side auth expiry, not a content or target error, and a resend fails identically; the session was resumed before the model call failed so nothing of the contract reached Vincent. Consequence: the PR #77 residual is verified but unowned -- third dead route in this lane's recent history, same one-line class as Praetorian's HTTP 403 (OpenCode free tier) and hou3's Nous Portal login. Not executed and not mine: re-authenticating another profile is a cross-profile credential change needing Alexander's explicit authorization. No fallback route opened rather than fanning the same contract to a second agent without a decision. Everything else stands as measured: PR #77 open/mergeable b4be704 with 0 reviews, #21 open with 3 unticked boxes, main 1 of 12 phrasing probes vs branch 11 of 12, the import path still clears truthy reported symptoms, nothing merged or deployed.

Grade Documented. One trivial correction: pin_stackchain def is line 664 not 647-662. Adoption gate 6a887f42 / 192-0 acceptance is Alexander's, unchanged in kind, surfaced once. Troupe standup — the pipe

One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.

How the pipe works

Zeph pushes a check-in every morning: checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md.
Timmy replies in the repo: replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day.
Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.

Check-in template

# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus

**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.

Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.

Rules of the pipe

Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit unverified.
No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.

Access

Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
