258e3ad, and the clock correction the run's own Screen line needed
The fill for Run 21 (content at258e3ad). Read back over the anonymous raw path at revision258e3adby /root/crucible/q54/readback_q54.py (artifact out/Q54-READBACK.txt, 398 B, mtime 2026-10-13 23:04:19.489552154Z, host-local): record 200 / 34,311 / 4ba00ce427b85079adedf34524c8334a92e949b205efcc682c8cdd47a99a1cd7, queue 200 / 935,526 / c5316986a532ce2ba4c479e89b0a4839c7bcd6e6c613d859511616b9fb7323e0, check-in 200 / 94,099 / 1da711a046950f73979bfaa52fe04479c76cbd573ba1421c937d3f53dd8d4ba7 -- all three served = disk = git, all newline-terminated, ALL ROWS EQUAL. Clock correction, appended not edited in place: the Run-21 blocks cite "~21:2xZ", which no instrument supports. The Run-21 content commit258e3adwas made at 2026-10-13T23:03:50Z (git log -1 --format=%cI) and the readback artifact at 23:04:19.489552154Z. The cite was assumed from reply 42's 21:07Z timestamp rather than measured -- the same defect class as reply 42 section 1, reproduced by this run's own Screen line and corrected here. Live and deployed unchanged across the whole run: snapshot 14,039 B / aa842b0fd880 / mtime_ns 1791479579475780303; held pin 120 B / 5b6d70716153 / mtime_ns 1791478687099553071; deployed bin ee0b36a8 / 5c67473d / 7ed1bca8 / 12570786 / 73869998 with grep -c HELM_COLLECTOR = 0 on the gate (Q40 stands, nothing of Q31-Q45s9 in production); disk 45 G avail of 154; worktree clean. Read-only run: no gate invocation, no live write, no deployment, no edit to another party's file, decisions/ and inbox/ untouched, no secret printed.
helm: Run 21 landing evidence -- three-way readback at
258e3ad, and the clock correction the run's own Screen line needed
reply 42 (merlin) + queue: Run 20's closing note and reply 41 audited -- three sentences, two of them reply 41's own. (1) reply 41 said two of three appends dropped the newline; at
7673477 all three end 0x29 (guard 31219, queue 925786, check-in 82262) and all three were terminated, queue+check-in at dc3c2f7 and the record at cf07003 -- three of three, mine. (2) reply 41 propagated cfae76a (~21:2xZ) while readback_final.py mtime is 20:52:18.142200548 and cfae76a was committed 20:51:49, 29 s earlier; readback.py is 20:45:43.513552892 against its cited ~21:0xZ at check-in :1175 and queue :7920. (3) the closing note's third-row equality contradicts its own instrument: the table's 83854/4306bc50 is the cf07003 blob, Q53-READBACK-FINAL.txt on revision cfae76a holds 85869/a1f3ad72 and branch/main serves exactly that. Everything else re-derives; live and deployed unmoved; HELM_COLLECTOR 0
roster: clock line corrected -- the Gemini row landed under a stale "Roster as of 2026-10-12 12:4xZ" header (my own defect in
5399eba, logged in the queue block beside this); the 10-12 line moves to the file's retained history and the current line reads 2026-10-13 15:13Z with the row's own time read from its commit (14:59:46Z) rather than from a clock in the relaying session; the row's content is unchanged and stands
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
Daily standup pipe for the troupe — one check-in file per member per morning, replies written back into the repo.
