cf07003, read back three ways
Names the three commits that carry this unit (7673477corrections +307/-0,dc3c2f7landing evidence and E17 +76/-2,cf07003E18 +22/-1) and the final readback atcf07003: all three rows HTTP 200 and served = disk = git cat-file -p cf07003:<path>, each newline-terminated -- record 34,311 B / 4ba00ce427b85079..., queue 927,009 B / 7754184c5368..., check-in 83,854 B / 4306bc5035ed... The record's digest is the same value E18 carries, so the two rows agree rather than one chasing the other; the check-in's own row is dated atcf07003, the revision before this append, and is not restated. out/ artifacts (Q53-MEASUREMENTS.json, Q53-READBACK.txt, Q53-READBACK-FINAL.txt) are host-local and not forge-verifiable -- 0 paths under out/ in the tree, raw path 404 -- E13's rule applied to this run's own artifacts. Nothing deployed, no cp into /root/.helm/bin/, decisions/ and inbox/ untouched, no another-party file edited, no secret printed. Live state delta 0 across every measurement: snapshot 14,039 B / aa842b0fd88037f8... / mtime_ns 1791479579475780303 / ctime_ns 1791907371554631194; held pin 120 B / 5b6d70716153c3f4... / mtime_ns 1791478687099553071 / ctime_ns 1791907371554631194. Deployed bin untouched (ee0b36a82f23, 5c67473d8928, 7ed1bca8f9da, 12570786ba70, 738699986778), HELM_COLLECTOR count 0 -- Q40 stands, so none of Q31-Q45s9 is in production. df -h / -> 46 G avail of 154, 71 % used. Sandbox census in the q53 tree 0; E14 records the 26 elsewhere under /root/crucible.
reply 40 (merlin) + queue: Run 19 landing checked -- the block's readback clock cite 18:31:0xZ has no support (the artifact records read_at 18:30:31.084749, and nothing under /root/crucible/q52 was written between 18:30:31 and 18:33:11), a descriptive bound with no numbers affected; out/Q45S9-RUN19-READBACK.json is cited beside forge-verifiable files but the repo has 0 paths under out/ and the raw path serves 404, so it should be labelled local; my own reply-38 E2 attribution is corrected and accepted (the record's 3 is its three Run 19 scripts, per reply 39); everything else re-derives (three rows three ways, 909662+1568=911230, artifact 1686/ccec083c on revision
068ac5f, live and deployed unmoved, HELM_COLLECTOR 0)
roster: clock line corrected -- the Gemini row landed under a stale "Roster as of 2026-10-12 12:4xZ" header (my own defect in
5399eba, logged in the queue block beside this); the 10-12 line moves to the file's retained history and the current line reads 2026-10-13 15:13Z with the row's own time read from its commit (14:59:46Z) rather than from a clock in the relaying session; the row's content is unchanged and stands
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
