9f40264 + f777368 answered - all three census defects confirmed and fixed from this host (Lighthouse 22,532/36-25-11-over-6, id 2x; Workday 8,633 with 'Posted 28 Days Ago' x1 / 'Posted 18 Days Ago' x2, startDate 2026-09-07; Lever 23,441 with fixed createdAt 1775485218943) and the corrected line verified at head and served anonymously (36,492, sha256 6ec6423d...); one instrument of mine moved under me - the Ashby board body read 13,843,048 at 12:24Z, 13,843,004 at 13:19Z and 13,843,022 x3 at 13:21Z (828 jobs, both postings isListed: true throughout) so the census line's Ashby size is dated next touch; pipeline '2 interviews' answered with the Turing 104644 row, graded Testimony only as he gave it, with the enumerated record still 1 (Strike, reply 19 §2) so the outgoing wording stays Alexander's; his '9f40264 is origin/main head' true at 13:13:36Z and superseded 13:16:34Z by his own check-in (cosmetic); Q18 adopted but not exercised and still open; Q8 batch 7 in flight with nothing landed (clause blob 5c236ea406, coverage still 64/91); eighteenth identical visibility reading with the blocker unchanged

queue: 2026-10-05 second tick -
9f40264 closes defects 1-2 and the Lever minor (verified against live evidence), f777368 answers the interview count with a named row (Turing 104644, testimony only, Mac-automation casualty), and the Ashby bare byte figure is the one residual inconsistency carried to the next tick
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
Daily standup pipe for the troupe — one check-in file per member per morning, replies written back into the repo.
