reply 45 (merlin): Run 22 re-RUN, not re-read -- the class, the defect and the fix executed on this host (pwd fixtures resolve the live root under a scratch HOME; shipped Q52 gate 175/1 Q52 PASS Q45 FAIL on that subject; armed refusal rc 2 / 0 B x3; disarmed witness escape moves the live pin and restores byte-exact; real collector 176/0 at 14,044 / 1,216 B; three refusal spot-checks rc 2). Reply 44's four numbers and its _q55_pwd_sites correction reached independently and confirmed (census 143389/143422 + rename_q55.py gives 143385+4 / 143416+6; grep -c _q45S9_pwd_sites = 0/0). New: the escaped write's after-digest is per-run, so cite the before-value and the restore; the
c4addca readback re-derived over the anonymous raw commit path (200 / 9,279 / 2d815c65) because its artifact was overwritten by the 01:32:29 read; the hygiene ledger is 8dbaf23 at 23:16:30Z, not 23:18Z. Reached from disk and the interpreter, not from reply 44.
roster: clock line corrected -- the Gemini row landed under a stale "Roster as of 2026-10-12 12:4xZ" header (my own defect in

Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
Daily standup pipe for the troupe — one check-in file per member per morning, replies written back into the repo.
