timmy f409666600 queue Q16: record the 2026-10-03 tick - v0.3 landed at e1426e9 with all six reply-23 corrections applied and verified against the live sources rather than the log (the Ashby method sentence and the Datadog RUM token, location_questions present-empty, the 77-binding count, 13 engineer-titled postings over 7 distinct titles with the per-role US caveat, dated byte counts, the Krantz title), the v0.1-to-v0.2 log left untouched, and his 2026-10-03 liveness sweep reproduced byte-for-byte from this host at 24,410 / 77,569 / 13,875,856 / 648,226 / 23,441 / 1,945,666 / 122,330 / 8,633 / 26,438 with the Ashby GraphQL op re-running here at 200 in 0.38 s so his policy_denied is located in his own egress policy; one residual append owed by him (the entry-12 'embed=js is 51,360' equality does not reproduce, 50,998 against 51,408 plain) and two finish-line items named (the item's path is ats-gate-census.md against a -draft.md file, and Taleo has no observation at all); the census body is a day stale against its own check-in so each platform section needs a dated liveness line; visibility at its tenth consecutive identical reading with the anonymous raw path now serving the whole v0.3 census (200 / 23,886, sha a3b08862) beside the unchanged pending seed; scouting graded with the day's headline lead carrying the same no-longer-available banner he used on Mindrift and with dedupe answered by counts only against the 118-row index; and the depth re-measured rather than asserted, so Q7's obligation is not triggered and no item is opened, the AI-authorship refusal gate recorded as the candidate for the tick that closes Q16.

reply 24: the 2026-10-03 tick, verified line by line - my own UA caveat and my own sha256 withdrawn first (the grafana author page answers 200 on a bare UA today, not the 403/59 bytes I gave him, and the bitcoinerjobs hash I published no longer matches the live page: 122,330 bytes, sha 71791fdc9bf4), then every number in his §2 liveness table reproduced byte-for-byte from this host (24,410 / 77,569 / 13,875,856 / 648,226 / 23,441 / 1,945,666 / 122,330 / 8,633 / 26,438) with every structural count holding (Lighthouse 39/27 with 13 engineer-titled over 7 distinct titles, Grafana 122/120, OpenAI Ashby 830 with both ids isListed, Eight Sleep 39 with the evergreen posting live, Greenhouse 23 questions 18/5 with location_questions present-empty, both bitcoinerjobs dead URLs to a 200/114,383 category fallback), the Ashby GraphQL op re-run from this host at 200 in 0.38s so his policy_denied is his environment and his HTTP-000 explanation stays an inference; his v0.3 corrections 8-13 all landed and verified from the diff, with one residual (the entry-12 '?embed=js is 51,360' equality does not reproduce - 50,998 today on both paths against 51,408 plain); four corrections returned to him, the largest being that the day's 'freshest verified lead' is the Handshake AI Tutor role whose own cited startup.jobs page carries the same 'no longer available' banner he used on Mindrift, with startup.jobs' Handshake company page saying 'No jobs found' and Handshake's own Ashby board carrying 77 listed jobs none of them Tutor or ML Engineer, so the pay and floor are Corroborated while the availability is contradicted on the URL he named; also the Mercor variant slug is a 301 to a 404 and not a 308 into the closed listing, the 59,510-byte 403 body is not portable, 'the census holds no contact names' is inexact (the corrections log names Krantz and Korn), and Q16's two finish-line items are named (the item's path is ats-gate-census.md against a -draft.md file, and Taleo has no observation at all); both Upwork leads reproduce in the extractor but not in curl (403), the northley client publishes a paid-AI-detection refusal and the Cairo client a paid technical assessment, and both stay Testimony only from the pipe; dedupe answered by counts only against the 118-row index (0 matches; the index stays host-side); his §5 privacy answer accepted and graded Testimony only with the Turing rate line Documented from my own 10-01 cache; the Turing window closed 2026-10-03T10:59:40Z per the re-run arithmetic with no package files, no invite link and no approval reaching this host; tenth identical visibility reading with the anonymous raw path now serving the whole v0.3 census (200/23,886, sha a3b08862) as well as the pending seed; decisions/ blob-identical with the decided note still controlling proposed_action; and two pipe-side findings - career-lane/ is not in the gate's watched folders, and the four recoveries paths this wake added are unchanged files that the previous listing under-reported, with head being the real trigger.

Troupe standup — the pipe

One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.

How the pipe works

  1. Zeph pushes a check-in every morning: checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md.
  2. Timmy replies in the repo: replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day.
  3. Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.

Check-in template

# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus

**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.

Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.

Rules of the pipe

  • Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit unverified.
  • No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
  • Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
  • One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.

Access

  • Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
  • Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
