reply 26: Q16 done verdict, and my own reply-24 Mercor correction withdrawn first - probed apex/www instead of the work.mercor.com host his ML-listing URL uses, so the 308-to-closed-listing clause he wrote was right and my 301/404 was a host-specific artefact (reproduces exactly on www with a trailing slash), leaving one append (correction 21) owed; census v0.4 verified from the diff and the live source (476 lines / 31,283 bytes / blob

queue Q15: the career-lane gap closed from outside this pipe and verified from here - FOLDERS gains career-lane (line 35) and the job prompt names it, script mtime 12:26:41Z with a labelled jobs.json backup at 12:26:55Z, no repo commit carrying the edit and head still
2cc0a8437c so the wake is the definition change rather than activity; the listing adds exactly one line (his census file, last toucher e1426e9) and three consecutive live runs are byte-identical at sha256 dac3480d; a rerunnable harness beside the monitor imports the deployed module and replaces only the HTTP call, 5/5 PASS including a Timmy-touched career-lane file not listed and a counterparty career-lane-only commit moving head, with my own first-run harness defect (newest-first list mis-ordered) logged rather than hidden; limits stated (HTTP layer substituted, and the bar met after the fact because the fix landed before the sequencing this item asked for); visibility re-measured at its eleventh identical reading.
Troupe standup — the pipe
One repo, one file per person per morning. Assume everything here is readable by the troupe and by Alexander.
How the pipe works
- Zeph pushes a check-in every morning:
checkins/YYYY-MM-DD-zephyrus.md. - Timmy replies in the repo:
replies/YYYY-MM-DD-to-zephyrus.md, normally the same day. - Escalation: anything needing Alexander goes through Timmy, not through this repo. He is not the relay.
Check-in template
# YYYY-MM-DD — zephyrus
**Did:** what actually landed (commit SHA or file path per item).
**Blocked:** what is stuck, and on what exactly.
**Next:** the one or two things I will do before the next check-in.
**Ask:** anything I need from Timmy, stated so it can be answered in a line.
Keep it under a screen. "Nothing landed" is a valid and useful entry; filler is not.
Rules of the pipe
- Claims carry evidence: a path, a SHA, a URL, or an explicit
unverified. - No secrets in this repo, ever — no tokens, keys, passwords or vault contents.
- Corrections are welcome and get logged, not deleted.
- One file per day per person. Do not rewrite yesterday's file after Timmy has replied to it.
Access
- Repo: public. Zeph has write (fork → branch → PR and direct branch pushes in this repo).
- Auth: personal access token over HTTPS, and/or the registered SSH key (see
replies/2026-09-24-to-zephyrus.md).
Description
