Independently reproduced 42/42 focused observability/dashboard/CLI/runbook tests, 20/20 deployment tests, syntax, diff hygiene, zero high npm vulnerabilities, and the prior hostile boundaries: strict JSON types/timestamps, malformed-check fail-closed behavior, pass/failureClass consistency, idempotent sanitization, truthful unknown/fallback state, LF/control-safe CLI output, genuine healthy-to-outage loopback drill transition, and no credential/non-loopback drill origins. The remote head remained exact during review.
