- timmy-loop-prompt.md: full rewrite (76→209 lines) with PR-only workflow,
tox environments, git hooks, Kimi dispatch safety block, conventional commits
- kimi-code skill: added Branch & Convention Safety section

- config.yaml: removed dead kimi API key
