chore: branch audit — rescue gemini/issue-14, delete 44 stale branches

- Reviewed all 8 branches flagged in issue #103 as having unmerged work
- 7 of 8 had empty git diff vs main (work already squash-merged); deleted
- gemini/issue-14 (NIP-07 Nostr identity) had unique commits; PR #104 opened
- Deleted 44 stale claude/* and gemini/* branches confirmed merged into main
- Remaining: main, claude/issue-5 (PR#93), claude/issue-37 (PR#80), gemini/issue-14 (PR#104)
