This PR resolves #40 by providing a research report on the feasibility of using Taproot Assets and L402 for the Timmy token.

The report is located at docs/taproot-l402-spike.md and covers:

  • Taproot Asset minting
  • TA Lightning channels
  • L402 + TA integration
  • Python/FastAPI + tapd

The report concludes with a "Go" recommendation, a risk table, and estimated development days.
