Purpose

Consolidation epic for scattered kimi-tasks (docstrings, tests, error handling) and loop-generated refactoring tickets.

These are all small, independent improvements to code quality. Grouped here so they can be picked up as a batch by Kimi or Claude Code without cluttering the main backlog.
