[loop-generated] [refactor] Break up post_morning_ritual() — 75 lines in calm.py

Fixed in PR #None. post_morning_ritual() reduced from 76→15 lines. Extracted 3 helpers + fixed cold-start bug in promote_tasks(). All 2106 tests pass.

[triage-generated] [bug] [P0] Timmy CLI crash — create_timmy() model_size kwarg removed

Fixed on main. The create_timmy() calls in cli.py no longer pass model_size. All 2106 tests pass. PR #607 closed as duplicate.

fix: remove stale model_size kwarg from CLI create_timmy() calls

Closing — the create_timmy() calls on main already omit model_size (lines 142, 205, 282 of cli.py). Tests pass clean (2106 passed). This PR is a duplicate of work already merged.
