Closes #232

Adds a lightweight smoke test (tests/test_provider_models_no_duplicates.py) that fails when any provider catalog in _PROVIDER_MODELS contains duplicate entries.

  • Runs in ~0.2s
  • Includes explicit regression guard for kimi-coding duplicates (PR #225)
  • Green against current main
