Summary

  • rewrite Nexus docs to match actual current main repo state
  • add LEGACY_MATRIX_AUDIT.md so useful work in /Users/apayne/the-matrix is preserved and mapped for migration
  • add a regression test that fails if docs drift away from repo truth again

Validation

  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_repo_truth.py -q
  • python3 -m pytest tests -q
  • clean checkout of current the-nexus main served locally and visually confirmed to be a directory listing, not a browser world
