Goal:
The Nexus needs to scale to many portals, not just one or two hero objects. Build a portal atlas / world directory so Alexander can see everywhere Timmy can drop in.

Acceptance:

visible portal directory or atlas listing all worlds
categories for game worlds, research spaces, operator rooms, and experiments
each entry shows status, access type, and destination action
works when portal count grows beyond what can fit comfortably as floating objects alone

This should move as a data-model-first task: define the atlas schema, the status/access fields, and how it degrades when the world count grows. A tiny read-only directory view for three worlds would validate the pattern before scaling up.
