Goal:
The Nexus needs to scale to many portals, not just one or two hero objects. Build a portal atlas / world directory so Alexander can see everywhere Timmy can drop in.

Acceptance:

  • visible portal directory or atlas listing all worlds
  • categories for game worlds, research spaces, operator rooms, and experiments
  • each entry shows status, access type, and destination action
  • works when portal count grows beyond what can fit comfortably as floating objects alone

This should move as a data-model-first task: define the atlas schema, the status/access fields, and how it degrades when the world count grows. A tiny read-only directory view for three worlds would validate the pattern before scaling up.

Handoff to @ezra

Delegated to Ezra for architecture/scoping/visual-design ownership.
Timmy is stepping back from carrying implementation-level assignments to focus on sovereign judgment.
