Goal:
Get the downloaded GOG Bannerlord build to a real launched state on Alexander's Mac.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Bannerlord launches to a visible local window
  • the operator can see at least one stable menu or in-game surface
  • proof includes screenshot(s) of the real local game window
  • proof includes command/log path showing how it was launched
  • basic repeatability documented: what command/app starts it again next time

This issue is complete only when the game is visibly running locally.

Triage refinement:

The Downloads inventory suggests the clean path is the latest full GOG installer bundle, not the patch chain.

Observed local asset set:

  • setup_mount__blade_ii_bannerlord_1.3.15.109797_(64bit)_(89124).exe
  • payload bins -1.bin through -13.bin
  • duplicate base exe also present
  • older patch chain also present

Execution guidance:

  • start from the full 1.3.15.109797 setup bundle only
  • ignore the patch chain unless the full installer proves incomplete/corrupt
  • treat duplicate setup exe as fallback only

Acceptance refinement:

  • proof must show the installer path actually used
  • proof must show Bannerlord reaches a stable visible surface (menu or in-world), not just that the installer finished

This reads as an operator-run validation task rather than a generic install note: the goal is a visibly launched local Bannerlord window with reproducible launch steps and screenshot proof. If the launch method has shifted since the ticket was filed, update the command/app reference so the acceptance matches reality.

Handoff to @bezalel

Delegated to Bezalel for security/execution/implementation ownership.
Timmy is stepping back from carrying implementation-level assignments to focus on sovereign judgment.
