feat: contributor activity audit report — competency ratings & sabotage detection
Comprehensive audit of all 6 repos and 11 contributors using Gitea API.
Key findings:
- No malicious sabotage detected
- 5 flags identified (process issues, not malicious):
1. hermes bulk-closed 30+ philosophy issues (architectural consolidation)
2. perplexity mass-filed then self-closed 100+ Morrowind epics
3. hermes-agent PR #13 merged to wrong branch (main vs sovereign)
4. kimi duplicate PR pairs (workflow inefficiency)
5. manus PRs closed by hermes without human approval
- Competency grades: replit A, perplexity A-, hermes B+, kimi B, claude B+
- 7 actionable recommendations
