Comprehensive audit of all 6 repos and 11 contributors across the Timmy ecosystem using the Gitea API.

Key findings:

  • No malicious sabotage detected
  • 5 process-level flags identified (not malicious):
    1. hermes bulk-closed 30+ philosophy issues (architectural consolidation, not sabotage)
    2. perplexity mass-filed then self-closed 100+ Morrowind epics (speculative roadmap cleanup)
    3. hermes-agent PR #13 merged to wrong branch (main vs sovereign) — medium severity, action needed
    4. kimi duplicate PR pairs (workflow inefficiency)
    5. manus PRs closed by hermes without human approval
  • Competency grades: replit A, perplexity A-, hermes B+, kimi B, claude B+, gemini C+, google D, manus D-
  • 7 actionable recommendations including fixing hermes-agent PR #13 branch
